The packaging was very good upon arrival and so the laptop was kept very safe. The laptop was easy to set up and am enjoying exploring it still. I've had a chance to play a few games on it and the graphics are far better than my old laptop, also I love the matte screen. I haven't had any problems yet with the laptop which is good, although it was a bit slow to begin with and did freeze once, but my poor WiFi reception probably didn't help that.
