Second time i have ordered a laptop from PC Specialist and minus having windows 10 (no other choice, 7 obviously the most desirable) another fantastic machine, my girlfriend loves it, now she can play her own games and stop taking my laptop to do so!

Again the order process was simple, all the details on hardware are easily accessible for referencing and comparison. During the rest of the process i was kept updated at all times by their automated system. Didn't need to talk to them for this purchase but had some requests and questions the first time round that all dealt with immediately.

Overall i couldn't have received better customer service or better product, and for less than competitors to boot! I foresee myself being a life long customer.
