My PC arrived pretty swiftly and was carefully packed. The set up instructions were thorough but extremely clear meaning I could get to using my new baby without delay . I was also kept updated on the progress of my order which was very helpful. I would only comment that when tracking the progress of my order on the website it would have been helpful to know how long into each stage my product was , rather than just the total time my order had taken up to that point. Other than that extemeley satisfied
