Outstanding

Was put onto pcspecialist by a friend who recommended them as having a great service.

He wasnt making it up.

Firstly the website is great, easy to navigate and build a pc, only lists parts that are compatable so you cant really go wrong, and updates the price instantly so you can fiddle with it and really get what you want.

Only suggestion i would make would be to have the actual price of the different items within the drop down menu's. Whether its + or - what you already have selected.

Although the system took two weeks to deliver, i have no problem as the site updates daily with the status and is really easy to ammend the order. No problems here at all.

I have no problem with waiting abit longer if the service and quality is spot on, which it was.

Previously we had used overclockers to buy systems but they seemed to try and make it as awkward as possible to but a system.

Little details like having a seperate billing/delivery address made it awkward to arrange and pay for, refunds on faulty parts etc. all easily taken care of by pcspecialist guys.

Highly recommending pcspec guys to anyone who enquires.
