Painless PC Purchase.

Buying a PC from PC Specialist.
I found the process of building a pc to my spec via the website to be straightforward and stress-free. I took a couple of days comparing various components, and the feedback from the site ensured that everything was compatible. Having placed my order it was easy to track its progress through the build phase until delivery. My pc arrived safely and was in full working order straight away, the OS and any updates having been pre-installed.
All boot discs and reference manuals were contained in a 'welcome pack', which helped keep things organised.
When it transpired that a Logitech keyboard I had ordered was faulty, I got through to someone on the phone straight away. Having agreed that I would send the keyboard back to PC Specialist for a replacement, I had an email acknowledging receipt the next day, followed by one five minutes later saying that a replacement was on its way.
It was this last detail that earned a five star rating from me. Would recommend.
