Took a while but...

My new computer took a while to arrive after I ordered it (12 working days), so over a fortnight but when it arrived it was worth the wait.

On the positive side the specification I got for my money was pretty exceptional (see below):

A few things to note:

1) The rear of the desktop casing wasn't put together that well (edges didn't match / fit) but I have managed to resolve that with my trusty toolkit.

2) The soft feet on the base of the computer came off straight away. They really hadn't been secured that well. For me this is O.K. as we have a soft floor in the office but if you have the same problem and we're on a hard flooring surface then moving the desktop tower around will create scratches on the floor.

3) Despite the fact I specified 'ultra quiet' everything the computer is still pretty noisy.

4) The foam bag that is inserted inside the case to prevent damage during transit took quite a while to remove from the case without damaging any of the components. It was a VERY tight fit!

5) I should probably have ordered the 600Mps Wi-Fi card instead of the 300Mps card (false economy - my fault entirely).

Overall, I am very pleased with this machine and playing all of the latest high end games is a dream!
