I've recently bought a computer from PC Specialist. It was good to be able to choose the precise specification even though I needed help for some of the aspects of the spec. (Can't remember details) Luckily a knowledgeable friend could help, but when I had to phone PC Specialist for help on setting up the computer after delivery, they were really helpful and the issue was sorted immediately. This was all about plugging the monitor into the graphics card rather than the motherboard. The computer was quite a long time in arriving after ordering, but I was kept abreast of progress frequently, so there was never a gap when I wasn't sure what was going on.
