The guidelines advised me that it was more than likely I'd receive the PC in 7 working days or less - took them 13. PC arrived and the courier didn't even lift it into my house leaving me with two slipped discs to somehow try and heave it in. The door doesn't close properly on the tower but I don't want to return it because of the inevitable huge amount of fuss it'll take - including repackaging which can only be done with the box (already thrown out as it was huge). Great machine and fairly good on the phones when I was asking questions about it's apparent delay and further support has also been good.
