I really needed a new laptop. Really. After putting off the expense for a number of months, I decided to take the plunge and went with PC Specialist after I saw some of their laptops on the PC World website. It was a lot cheaper going straight to the source, and the opportunity to create a bespoke machine was very welcome. The website is very clear and gives a lot of useful technical information to a non-specialist like myself. After ordering a reasonably high end machine, I was expecting about a ten-day turnaround, but the laptop was with me in under a week: emails kept me very well informed about the status of the build and testing process. And the laptop is great! So thanks very much, and I would heartily recommend PC Specialist to anybody.
