Great customer service over the phone

The website was good in customising exactly what one needed. However it was only chasing up the desktop pc order after a few weeks that it was found the chassis was too small for the chosen motherboard. This had been accepted as compatible when the order was originally submitted on the website. It was resolved promptly over the phone, the next chassis size up was ordered, paid for & order despatched 4 daY's later. Subsequently it was discovered the power supply was rather noisy when the pc was running a long time. A replacement was sent immediately on contacting pcspecialist, the chap on the phone was most helpful. All in all...excellent service, very professional telephone manner, very quick to resolve any issues..although the incompatibility problem when ordering on the website was not picked up on & delayed despatch of the order by about 2 weeks,hence just dropped a star. Very impressed with the level of service otherwise!
