I liked receiving emails during each stage of the process for my computer, as it helped me know exactly what was being done to it when and I could appreciate the process.

The delivery time was also great, arriving a mere 10 minutes into the hour-long time amount I was given as an estimate.

I did not find that the manual had enough information concerning set up for people with a lack for experience, but I did figure out how to make it work quite easily (I was just very nervous in case I did something wrong and not know).

Computer is fast a runs smoothly, although I do sometimes have problems with the monitors connection, and Nvidia gives me errors when using a very demanding software.
