From ordering to getting my pc took about a month but when i got it i must say its well worth the wait. It came the day after being dispatched and was securely packed. All discs i needed were included.
I now have a very very fast machine at a really reasonable cost.
Customers services were also really helpful and replied to a query email within an hour which i thought was excellent service. Highly recommended if you want a new pc.
