This is undoubtedly the most professionally handled purchade I have ever made, from the on line order form to build progress indications on the website to the text messages indicating delivery time to within the hour.

The product itself (i7 16 Gb RAM desktop with SSD and Windows 8.1) is well built and works just fine.
