My old PC finally gave up the ghost, so I looked for a supplier whose customer ratings were very high. I chose PCSpecialist on their strength in this area.
I wanted a powerful PC that would process video and film conversions and one that had room for a large number of internal SATA drives. PCSpecialist's telephone help line were extremely helpful and the end result was a PC that satisfied all my requirements. They (the help line) were particularly helpful and courteous when I kept changing my mind on delivery!
My only negative comment - and this has nothing to do with PCSpecialist - is that Windows 8 is an example of change for changes sake. Come back Windows 7!!!!!
In summary - a great company to do business with.
