I recently purchased a custom built laptop from PC Specialist and found the entire process a pleaure.

1. The Website - easy to use. Easy to find what I wanted and easy to switch options and compare prices.
2. The options offered were extensive enough to let me configure the machine I wanted and didn't allow me to purchase incompatible components.
3. I tried a number of other sites but found PC Specialist to be very competitive.
4.Communication from PC Specialist was excellent and I received regular texts and emails at every point of the production letting me know when my laptop was being built configured tested and despatched.

Overall I found the service from PC Specialist to be excellent and this was matched when my laptop arrived. Expectations were matched or exceeded at every point. Thanks again to the PC Specialist team.
