hi if your thinking about buying a computer from PC specialists i highly recommend it lets start with the customer service:
from the moment i placed my order to the moment i got my PC i was getting daily emails that told me were my computer was and whats going to happen next they were also the option to do a live chat and since i dont like being on hold for ages i found this very useful and fast.

the next step would be the pricing and personally i couldnt find the specs that they gave me from any other site ( bar one dodgie second hand parts one ) that would be that cheap

lastly i would like to talk about the delivery and the computers them self
from the moment my PC was dispatched i was bombarded with emails giving me updates i also had tho ability to track my order to see were it was and i also was giving a hour window for when my PC would arrive as for when it arrived it was brilliant i know i had to take out the foam from inside and they sure made it easy by unscrewing the side panel most of the way in advanced i was also not looking forward to installing windows to my surprise ofc they had pre installed as for the packaging....it was like 90% protection out standing . only bit i would have liked to know is abotu my antenas for wifi spent hours trying to figure out how to get my wifi going to find i was out of range with out the antenas screwed in :P
