i can't really fault pc specialist at all for the service that i got after ordering my new pc from them.
not only did i get plenty of help from the very knowledgeable users on their forums, but plenty of emails along the way letting me know how my order was progressing.
if i had one gripe, it would be that the wait did seem a little long, and maybe an email to let me know that they were busier than normal and i would've felt a lilttle bit less anxious.
but on saying that, the quote "all good things come to he who waits", really does apply!
fantastic value for money on brand name parts and not cheap rubbish parts is another good point, and knowing if anything does go wrong, that you have not only the amazing backup of the company itself, but the members (family) on their forums is great.
all in all, in a few years if this new pc dies, i will have no hesitation in ordering again from pc specialist! :)
