First, I ordered a specific brand new motherboard for a Toshiba laptop after having contacted them. They sent the wrong one plus, it was used... Oh, and it came from Hong Kong.
They said they would fix it and they had me send the first one back which they received soon enough and then they sent another one after a month which was also used as was obvious from the solderings and other stuff on it. And they claimed that it ok, use it!!
I sent it back on June 13 and they claim that they STILL haven't received it (LIE) although I checked at the post office and they informed me that the package had been in Hong Kong since June 18.....

Their answer was that they have not received it yet (August 8), but they are willing to refund 50 euros back while I paid 288 (without the shipping cost of 22 eur total to send twice the wrong and used motherboards).

i feel as if someone robbed me, really...
