Motherboard arrived in an opened box(?) with damaged pins, meaning I cannot return it apparently !!
I HAVE NEVER EVEN USED THE BOARD!
Obviously they are cherry picking good boards for the "pre overclocked" systems they sell, and in doing so, damaged my board and WILL NOT REFUND.
I was put on hold on a premium rate telephone number for 15 minutes before they put the phone down on me. I don't know a lot about computers and was looking forward to this, and I have essentially been ripped off and lied too and treated badly by a well known company.
I have been reading on forums about OCUK customer service and it looks like events like this are too common. Luckily, I can try a chargeback from my credit card company but this SHOULD NOT HAPPEN.
