Back in October I bought Nvidia gtx970 graphics card. Due to recent nvidia memory fiasco I decided to return it, and get something better.
Contacted overclockers via webnote, 5 hours later RMA number has been issued. I've sent the card next day. It got delivered to OCUK two days later. The same day they received the card, I got a full refund.
I have to say, I've never thought dealing with online shop can be so painless. One webnote, one email, problem sorted. I am now waiting to get new Intel Skylake processor and mobo, as soon as they are released. I know where I will be buying them. Also from now on, whenever someone will ask me where to get pc parts, I know who I will recommend.
