Had a problem with charging my Nexus 7. Returned it to the Overclockers team within the 12 month warranty and was given a 28 day fixing window. Due to the time of year, it took slightly longer by a day or so but that is understandable this close to Christmas.
Service has been excellent, return dispatch has been confirmed (returned today to overclockers, dispatched today, delivery tomorrow). Would recomend if anything is faulty or wrong with an item brought from Overclockers contact them as they will do everything they can to rectify the problem.
