Their customer support are terrible liers.
I accidentely ordered a graphic card and shipped it back without opening it hours after recieving it.
The customer support charged me an extra fee because a scratch had misteriously found its way on the heatshield. Considering the package wasn't even opened and label were still on, that is quite an unaceptable behavior that will surely cost them a customer.
