I ordered a bamboo stylus from this company through my PayPal account. When it didn't arrive I called City Link as their tracking site indicated the package had arrive at their depot. Citylink informed me that the package was delivered 'empty" and that I should contact Misco.
On contacting Misco they told me that Citylink had misplaced my order and that I should order again. They stated that they would claim against citylink and then I would be refunded one of the payments!! Actually wanted me to pay again!
I cancelled the order and was promised an immediate refund. Nothing came through to my paypal, not even a 'payment waiting'. On ringing them today Misco said that their paperwork had not been authorized for the refund. You can make your own mind up about this fiasco.......
