“Not a good experience”

This company offered the best price I could find for what I wanted.
A whole week later my order was still "being processed".
Phone calls to them cost 13p a minute. Emails receive an autoresponse which says they will be responded to within 4 hours during their workday. Not so. Only one of mine was answered within 4 hours, the remainder were the following day.
The only good thing I can say is that I received a refund reasonably quickly when I cancelled the order.
