I ordered a monitor at an extremely competitive price and the order was acknowledged etc very promptly.
Although the company had the item in stock it was not delivered until 12th March, 5 days later. This caused some inconvenience to me.
Otherwise excellent to deal with and when I phoned to check delivery were very helpful. I did get a royal mail tracking number which did not give much detail as the item was finally delivered by Parcelforce. Not sure if confusion was Lambda or Royal Mail.
Follow up to check monitor received ok was good so, on the whole, quite satisfied and would use again.
