“cheerful, helpful, staff keen to resolve difficulties”

The web site showed what I wanted, unfortunately the item I wanted and paid for was not available, however the staff found an 'opened box' return which was quickly dispatched and worked perfectly. I am still waiting for a small refund.
Would not hesitate to use again.
