I asked questions ahead of my order, all of which were answered quickly with suitable levels of detail and honesty.

The order was placed mid morning.

I'd ordered a NAS and some drives to go in it. The NAS was showing as shipped within a few hours, but the drives didn't show up as shipped until the following morning.

The order all arrived in one go via DPD. DPD email, and, if they have your number, text you the window that they will deliver in, and are seldom wrong in my experience.

All in all, a cracking service. I'd recommend, and return to Lambda-Tek.
