I bought the Jabra Motion Office from them and nothing was good after the payment was made. The package was delayed 2 full days although I paid for next day delivery, the external package (which was done by Kikatek) was half broken although the box with the item inside was intact. I emailed them various times and they never replied to my queries about the delay and the bad package.
To make matters worse, the headset was broken on arrival as it would not charge so I emailed them again and instead of asking if I wanted an exchange or a refund, they proceeded to issue an exchange request where I would have to pay for the postage back to them and receive a new headset only after they processed the returned package (which means at least 5 business days wait!).
I emailed them twice again to ask for a refund instead of an exchange and after a full business day, still no response.
I have now contacted my credit card company to return the payment to me.

Never to be used again!
