Not happy that, having ordered on a Thursday, paid £10 for guaranteed two day delivery, item was sent via TNT who, finding no one at home during the working day [surprise, surprise], apparently made no attempt to leave it with a neighbour and now plan to try again on Monday, when, once again, no one will be at home ...
There are plenty of other carriers better suited to dealing with delivering to retail customers as opposed to businesses, and several that offer much better tracking information and the ability to be able to communicate with the carrier to avoid wasting both parties time and ensure happy customers!
if I'd known that such an inflexible carrier would be used, I'd have saved my money and left it to the post...in my own experience, the postman does at least usually use his initiative and common sense...
