Absolutely brilliant customer service. I have always bought a Kaspersky product but this year chose the internet security which was new to me. I received my code but could not load it onto the PC. I contacted the Kaspersky store and they were very helpful with links to get going but I still couldn't do it. The Kaspersky store were amazing they remotely helped me. The old protection had to be removed which was why I had struggled. They were so kind and patient with my slow computer and me. I will definitely be recommending them and using them again not only for an excellent priced product but especially for superb customer service. A 5 star service!!!!

I contacted KIS by email as I saw that you could get kaspersky security from them at half the price of kaspersky lab. within 2 hours I had a reply and then ordered the next day within 1 hour I had got an email with all the details on how to load,install and activate.I had already had kaspersky for over 10 years so all I had to do was type in my key code and I was up and running with it straight away. Tried other security products but Kaspersky just does what it has to without interfering. And the reply’s from the store are courteous and kind. A very good experience. I would recommend it to everyone. Didn’t know there was auto renew on but the team at the KIS store sharp sorted it.

I've used this for a few years now, after trying all the others too. Its by far the best anti virus and internet security protection available. Its has minimal impact on system resources, whether its on a phone, tablet or pc. I Recommend it to anyone.

I had problems downloading from the link that was supplied on the email. I emailed the sales team on the email supplied, they got back to me within hours and had resolved the problem with the link by the end of the day. Very good customer services!

my kaspersky runs out in 7 days...so i purchased the d/l version at ths bargain price no need to do any downloading i just clicked 'manage license' in my already installed kaspersky inputted the new license key that came in the purchase email and hey presto my kaspersky is activated for another year...easy peesy lemon squeezy. please note the new activation will automatically start after the 7 days expires on my old activation. this is brilliant very economical and i am more attractive to the opposite gender as a direct result of this purchase....probably so

Easy to purchase via Google checkout, fairly quick delivery of code by email, it was the weekend so fast enough but faster is better in this case. Code worked without a problem so I'm happy.

this is the best anti-virus protection ever i use this every time it tells you immediately when there is a threat to your computer. Overall this beats the other anti-virus programes ever. Then again it does have minor issues such as installing a program which it completely legal.
