Jigsaw delivered one of the poorest services I ever experienced, they've ignored all my communications and caused serious complications in a project we were working, leaving me to salvage our reputation with our client and incurring lost in this particular project. On the website there is an option of delivering the next day however this option is misleading, the policy is to gather all the order and then send it all at once to save on delivery costs. Aware of this policy I was very clear from the very beginning that we needed this equipment delivered as soon as available and committed to pay for delivery costs to which they’ve agreed but confirmed it wouldn’t be a next day delivery, so we’ve rented equipment to see the project trough. A couple of days after, we were told that we would receive the order on the next day so we've returned the rented equipment, however the equipment never arrived and we were told that someone didn’t put the order trough so it was gathering dust in their warehouse, eventually they sent it and although they had our complaint and knew well our situation they’ve sent it for delivery on the evening again to save costs. Which resulted in us having a project to deliver but no equipment to use, goes without saying that our client was also very frustrated with the service. In the end they’ve offered some form of compensation and considered paying some of the costs we had on the rented equipment and even then they’ve disappointed going back on their word and giving us only 5% discount on the total order, which is a lot less that the cost of the rental we had. Overall it was a complete car crash and I completely lost faith in this company as a whole. We still have a credit with them, I would like jigsaw to keep it as I would never use their services again and furthermore I suggest they use this credit to buy some stamps!

The service from this company is disappointing to say the least. I opened my brand new birthday iphone 6 (£618) 2 weeks late as we were on holiday, and it turned out to be faulty. An independent witness at Three mobile was there when I opened it for the first time, and the guy at Jigsaw 24 even said it was obviously just opened when I returned it. But because we didn't notify Jigsaw 24 of a fault within the required 14 days, it has been replaced as a repair. I would recommend everyone go straight to Apple where the service is excellent.

Wow, what great service. I was in the process of deciding wether to upgrade my Mac and saw an email from Jigsaw with some great special offers at about half past three. Finished my order at six minutes past four, which is six minutes late for next day delivery. New iMac arrived at ten past ten the very next day. Data transferring from old Mac by ten to eleven, up and running in 18 hours. Wow again. I love the feel of the website and subsequent email communications but the up-front approach may not suit boring businesses buying PCs. This has a very Mac feel and I love it.
