Tried to use ITFactory for Office for Mac, accidentally paid for Office for windows, they had already sent me a PK, I used the online chat forum and within a few minutes they had told me they would refund the money within 2 days. Now it took a lot longer than 2 days, but I still got my money back. I would still use them again since they are legit. (read more)

I ordered AutoCad LT 2012 from ITFACTORY.ca after seaching for the most inexpensive supplier to Canada. The price after shipping was better than any competitors. I placed my order on Thursday and was informed on Friday that my order was being upgraded for free to AutoCad LT 2013 since they had just run out of the 2012 Edition. The software was on my desk by Tuesday (and Monday was a Holiday). I would deal with ITFactory.ca again. (read more)

Great customer service, super fast delivery and real good deal. I live in Toronto and I got my order the next day. Itfactory was selling Microsoft office cheaper than all the other online sites.
