I have been dealing with ITC for a few years now and have never been disappointed with any facit of their service. Believe it or not I am a Dell reseller. But there are times when I need kit on site or with me a whole lot sooner than Dell can provide and thats where ITC come in, and at prices that I can still make a small profit on. Bought a E6400 Latitude on the 14th delivered on the 15th all spot on out of the box :) had an issue with WiFi went on their site used the tech area asked the question got a reply following morning with the answer that worked which was quite funny as i had turned the Wifi off in error with a switch i had not noticed DOH , overall great to deal with , good on the phone when i ordered had lots of knowledge and great service on delivery and via tech support after on the website and ordering on... Would whole heartedly recommend them to deal with, have now been buying from ITC for over 10 years and have saved a small fortune over that period for my medium size company and if ever we get a technical issue their website support system is just brilliant. At a guess I reckon we have spent well over 100K on kit with them maybe more. (read more)

So my desktop Pc decided to kick the bucket, would've cost too much to repair so decided to look on a computer shop online (using my sons laptop) to look for a new or refurbished desktop.
