I ordered the inks for the company I worked for they were excellent value and there was a guarantee. They arrived promptly, but when inserted into the printer they registered as empty for both the colour and black. I rang their help line. I was told to switch off the machine, wipe the metal strip on the inks catridges with a damp cloth wait 15 minutes, switch on and reinsert. Still nothing!!! I rang the help line (which is always busy) and was told the ink cartridges need to be stored in an upright position for 12 hours prior to use. I have sent the lot back and asked for a refund. The invoice needs to be paid within 30 days or they can take me to court. The credit note is still awaited and my emails are unanswered.
I ordered in response to a sales call, so please beware!
