“Never use IJT Direct”

I purchased a refilled CL41 Colour Ink Cartridge from IJT DIRECT last week. I will NEVER use this company again. When I opened the package it had leaked into its plastic bag. I cleaned it up and tried it- there was clearly a major fault as only one colour ever (half) worked at a time. I contacted customer services and they told me to 1. Rinse it under a tap. 2. Leave it upright for 24 hours. 3. Clean the contacts. 4. Contact Canon for a new driver.
THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. If I buy something I expect it to work. I do not expect to have to re-engineer my entire printer My advice. NEVER,NEVER,NEVER use this company. Their refills areTOTAL RUBBISH.
