“Lowest cost, efficeint and fast”

I wanted to buy a cheap wireless printer. The HP 3055A fitted the bill. Searching around I found HP Store was 15% cheaper than any of the big online supermarkets and IT stores. Placed my order online Wednesday afternoon, email confirmation immediate and delivery to my door by 11.00am next morning. “Replacement procedure is archaic And not customer friendly”

Unlike say Amazon or Wiggle the HP store UK leaves the customer feeling a lack of real care. In my instance I purchased an HP 8600 plus printer which came straight out of the box and failed because of hardware problems. After spejking to at least 4 people in HP ( the documentation provides no telephone number and you end up on their web site frustrated as to who to actually talk to). “GREAT PRODUCTS SITE/CSR's HORRIBLE”

HP really needs to get their Canadian website in order. Not only is it slow and confusing, half the links don't work, it shows products as "NEW!" and say "CLICK HERE TO BUY" only to have it take you in circles and essentially you can't buy anything or search for laptops. Their online "chats" are extremely unhelpful and their agents are unknowledgable and rude. “Apalling Shambolic Service”

I needed a laptop urgently as mine was failing, and after looking at a few sites found a very good deal at the HP store for a HP Pavilion g6-2139sa Intel® Core™ i3-2350M 2.3 GHz Gen 2 Laptop with extended 2 year warranty and free next day delivery. cost was £320 with a possible £40 cashback from Quidco. Bought a laptop from the HP Official UK Store site. Wanted a HP laptop and their prices were the keenest, offering free Next Day delivery. Great. Online Site is okay, naturally they have all their range with full information, it just is impossible to compare one to another, no select and compare facility. You need to know what you want. As it turns out my consignment was "lost" by the courier. HP agreed to the cancellation and refund but here two weeks later still waiting for refund. HP finance is handled from India who obviously work in a different time world. Not all you see on the internet is what is seems. Be sure to only go with good positive customer reviews and forget historical reputations.
HP sucks.
