HP's online store is the biggest joke of a website I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Seriously. The site continually loops you back to the home page. Lags tremendously when attempting to change pages or edit a configuration of a PC. After spending a good part of my day (thanks to the horrific speed of the site) configuring PC's to compare and decide which to purchase, I returned with card in hand to check out and my cart is empty? Attempting to rebuild the computer I had previously configured I am giving nothing but a blue screen saying the site is down because they are making upgrades to their system. Might be believable if I hadn't seen this same message three times in the past month. I've always had HP laptops but I think it's time to make a change. How could I confidently buy a new computer from a computer company that can't even produce a workable web store. Ridiculous. HP is surely not what it used to be and just lost another customer. Looks like Lenovo's site works just fine.
