The people I have had dealings with at Guruaid are superior, in their product-knowledge and their professional attitudes.

I am far from a computer expert; I have difficulty describing problems, let alone diagnosing and remedying them. By the time I call Guruaid form assistance, I am frustrated and angry - not pleasant to deal with. Add to that, the time difference makes it the middle of the night where the Guruaid people are located. Yet I always get patient, knowledgeable people to deal with. I find that outstanding.

Once the technician takes control of my computer, I know the problem(s) will be solved. The Techs are fast, thorough, and know what they are doing. When the Techs are finished, a supervisor always checks to see if I am satisfied.

Considering the time involved in finding and resolving problems, and the hgigh-quality of the service; I believe Guruaid's fees are a great value.
