I ordered a £700 gaming laptop from DinoPc that cant even run HearthStone or play movies without crashing.

The long story also includes poor customer service.
i ordered the laptop just before i was due to go to uni(doing a computer science degree so i am tech savvy), i order it with their expensive fast delivery, the expected time of delivery for the product doubled before it got to me, they also refused to refund me the money i payed for the delivery for no reason at all. on arrival it had a dead pixel and would not connect to the wireless internet and the driver disc was broken, it took them 2 weeks to send a replacement driver disc and that also didn't work. it then took them 3 weeks to collect it from me for fixing after they refused to refund me for the product. it then took them 2 weeks to fix it when they also charge me for delivery again which was an extra £40. now that i have it the laptop cant even stream movies from netflix or play the most simple of games without literally crashing the laptop. poor service, rude to customer and also the product is not as advertised. Do not buy from this company in my opinion.
