Although my items were dispatched promptly, my graphics card arrived broken having been seemingly opened by a previous customer and returned because it was faulty. The box was slightly torn and the anti-static bag had been opened. Some parts were missing.
Because their opening hours are only Monday-Friday 9-5 and the waiting time to speak to an advisor was so long, it is impossible to contact you if you have a job. Each email sent would be ignored. I had to take mornings off to contact them and, when I did, I was lied to about returns and lied to when I was told that someone would look into my case and get back to me.
I wanted to order a replacement but, due to the horrendous service I was suffering, I gave up. The money had been refunded to my account so I could not get a replacement without ordering from scratch and my emails were being ignored. I ended up ordering my replacement from ebuyer. Having spoken to friends and family about my experience, it would appear their reputation precedes them. As someone said on here, they are very prompt when there's money to be made, but they just don't give a damn once it's left the building.
I have never witnessed such awful service. I will never use their company again and will highly recommend others not to use them.
