Do NOT give any money to this company! Do not believe the CEO of ComWales - Seriously ask yourself how his alleged do gooder action for Ukraine through UK4UA is funded?? Monies are taken through his ComWales org company for which he is the sole director for goods that are often never delivered (look at all the negative ComWales reviews online!!!}. Unless I personally receive my credit in next 7 days I will report ComWales & UK4UA to (but not limited to) Charities Commission; Action Fraud; HMRC; & Scouts Association (for which he is a Trustee of the Tredegar Scouts)

“Warning!!! ”

Warning! Do not go near this company. They are not genuine and will take your money and provide no proof of purchase. They have no contact details and no “customer services”. I bought a microwave more than 2 weeks ago. The only way to contact them is on Facebook messenger. They claim they have sent me emails with my order and tracking information, yet when I have asked for this on Facebook they can’t provide it. They claim they can’t refund me as have sent my item but they can’t provide any tracking information. I’m pretty sure it’s illegal not to provide a VAT receipt. I wish I had checked the reviews before I went near them. I will have to make a section 75 claim through my bank and am reporting them to trading standards. Steer clear.

very disappointed I have been told 3 times my order is on its way, the last one said "Hello, Your order has been picked and packed and passed to the carrier and will be with you shortly. Our standard delivery time at the moment is 3 to 10 working days and today is the 5th since order so I would expect you to take delivery by mid next week. We have passed on your email to the carriers and they will contact you with a delivery appointment" Its Thursday nothing delivered or any contact from so-called carriers, this lot is as bad as it gets, they didn't even reply to 3 emails I sent, I only gave them 1 star because 0 is not an option.....update; just been reading the feedback for conwales and now realise I made a BIG mistake buying from them, I have in light of their feedback put in a PayPal dispute. update; 14/08/2020, message to comwales, As you have not yet sent my order can I have a FULL refund as soon as possible.15/08/2020, message to comwales, As you have not yet sent my order can I have a FULL refund as soon as possible. 16/08/2020, message to comwales, As you have not yet sent my order can I have a FULL refund as soon as possible.

“Read small print carefully dont abide by consumer regs ”

Charge 30% restocking fee when item is still new and perfectly salebale. No way out unless we bother with small claims court even then not sure we would win .

I bought a kettle 2 months ago and the coating started to crack after 2 months, they wouldn't replace or refund faulty goods. Stay away, terrible customer service and I am taking up with ombudsman

Never ever buy anything from them, bought an item online, waited nearly 6 weeks for delivery, nothing is there! Requested a refund and just keep receiving absolutely confusing emails from them! This is the worst customer service in my life!!!!

Ordered a Braun food processor. Comwales were one of only two people to sell it, and they were £20 cheaper than the Amazon 3rd party seller. I was a bit worried by some of the stories here, but the product arrived within a week, and was extremely well packed. Braun make it for the German market, with a German plug, but Comwales (or someone else) had fitted one of those clever converter plugs over the top so it was ready to use on arrival. Thank you Comwales!

I have ordered £400.00 worth special chair on the on 9th of September. After a few days of waiting and 4 calls to customer service they told me eventually the item would be shipped on 14th Sept and I should receive package by 16th September. They could not tell me what company they ship items with and had no idea how to answer my questions regarding delivery status. Now is 19th September and I received an e-mail from TNT shipping company that THE ITEM WILL BE COLLECTED FROM THEM today. This is absolutely terrible, they are totally disorganised, customer service is very poor and I have never been so frustrated with any company as much as with them. 7 calls in total, I waited ONE HOUR for somebody from customer service to take call on 17th Sept and nobody bothered to answer. They claim delivery in 3-5 working days, it is just a lie and horrible experience. Never again. My girlfriend ordered from their website graphics card. Two days after placing order she received e-mail that item is not in stock and gave her money back. Absolutely ridiculous online shopping service.

“Slow delivery and bad packaging”

I ordered a board game from comwales.co.uk and it took a long time to arrive. When it did arrive it arrived damaged, as they just stock the boxed game in a plastic bag with a sticker on it. Not even bubble wrapped. When contacting their customer service, they told me this was their normal way of shipping and that they never had any issues before. Clearly this review page says differently. I sent them images of the damage and they could not see anything wrong, even though the box was clearly damaged. I would not recommend this company. Go somewhere to spend your money!

They were extremely slow to reply and cancelled my order without contacting me and cancelled it after hours with a bad explanation didn't put the item back in stock on there site. when I messaged them asking them to put it back on the website and mentioned that i would leave a bad review if they did not start to reply and work with more haste they blocked my account on there website. This is a case of extremely bad customer service.

“Endless Pre-Authorized Status”

If I knew that this is going to be held for such long time, I would not have ordered from them. Called them today as my order still blessed by the very weired status: Pre-Authorized! no acceptable explanation given during telephone conversation except that the item may take up to 7 working days to change from Pre-Authorized to Authorized status and then they can ship! I immediately asked the operator: May I know please where is the location of this company? am i ordering from overseas or what? The worst UK company I have ever dealt with and will deal with no more indeed.
