I ordered a board game from comwales.co.uk and it took a long time to arrive. When it did arrive it arrived damaged, as they just stock the boxed game in a plastic bag with a sticker on it. Not even bubble wrapped. When contacting their customer service, they told me this was their normal way of shipping and that they never had any issues before. Clearly this review page says differently. I sent them images of the damage and they could not see anything wrong, even though the box was clearly damaged.

I would not recommend this company. Go somewhere to spend your money!
