The people in customer service were very knowledgeable, and with a few questions helped me find the perfect computer for my son. I do not know much about computers and was very pleased that they treated me respectfully and answered all questions in a courteous manner. After some comparison shopping, I felt the price was more than fair. Especially since I qualified for the free shipping. Computer arrived when they said it would and in perfect shape. My son was very pleased, and so am I. I will be back for future purchases and have recommended them to my personal friends. One of which has already made a purchase and felt it too was a positive purchase from the site.
