I ordered the set of 3 remote controlled moon candles on 08/07/2012 and received said candles on 10/07/2012 and 2 of the 3 candles were broken. After sending and receiving emails with Sef, a new complimentary set of candles were sent out and I received the replacement candles on 11/07/2012. They were packed in better packaging than originally and were perfect for my up coming wedding. Sef's customer service is second to none and the problem was resolved really well and quickly. Thank you so much for all your help and the candles are perfect for the wedding!! Thank you!!!
