I bought a dvd player on this site qfter reading good reviews. When i received my order, the box was really damaged and the player didn't work at all (not once). So i asked for an exchange and for that i paid the return, and afte 2 days, i received an email which announced a refund.
I wrote back to say i wanted an exchange and they told me the product was out of stock.
So i don't have my dvd player for my kids and i lost 2 shippings !!!
