I have problems with the new ink cartridge not being recognised by my Lexmark X2670 printer so I can't print.
I have always receievd a very quick reply from the customer services team, even over a weekend.
They asked me to take out the cartridge, clean it and use the head clean facilty as a first step.
If this did not clear the fault they always offered a full no-quibble refund with no return postage by me.
All in all, a very good service.
