I have used CBC several times before and always found their prices to be very competitive, particularly as I prefer ‘original’ drums and toner, which are notoriously expensive.
This particular purchase was quite straightforward but my previous purchase for Brother N-3280 toner was not listed on their website so I had to order it by telephone. I then had to ask for a copy of the invoice to be emailed and that invoice is not shown in my ‘order history’ as it was not an on-line purchase. It also meant that I missed out on automatic ‘it’s on its way’ emails which are helpful.
It would be good if CBC could add this product to their website – they may be missing out on orders! I only phoned them because I had bought it from them previously, when it was shown on-line.
