Very poor customer service from box. They will happily take your money but when something goes wrong you are on your own. I brought a Seagate drive that failed after two months. I was told to take it to the store to get it replaced. Went out of my way to take it to the store where I was told I should have just gone to Seagate direct as that is all They would do so left with my faulty hard drive to return to Seagate which I could have done last week without wasting an entire morning. This wasn't the first time I have brought from box but will definitely be the last. Very poor customer care. Avoid them there are lots of alternative store online that actually care about there customers.
