Very friendly shop with expert advice on hand. Shops like box are hard to find these days. I ordered an acer 4k g-sync monitor a few days before a bank holiday. A mistake for doing a store pickup as the delivery was delayed. One dead pixel too, so my Acer experience follows from other reviews that acer quality control isn't great for what is a pricey screen. Thankfully, once you play a game, it's very hard to see.

The store itself is well laid out with a great range of kit to try, with knowledgeable staff on hand. I just wish you had a store in andover!
