We placed our order and paid for 2 day delivery. At the end of the second day when our product had not arrived we contacted the sales team who could not find the dispatch details and promised we would be contacted with the tracking information within the hour. We received no call or email but when logging into our account found the tracking details had been put on. When looking at the tracking details and following the dispatch it became clear our item had not been dispatched when it should have been. Thankfully we rang and it did arrive the following day. However we do not feel the packaging was adequate and out product was rattling around in the box - luckily not broken!
